Letter from the Secretariat

We are more than pleased to announce that the 20th annual Warsaw Model United Nations Conference will take place between the 12th and 15th of November in Warsaw, the capital city of Poland. The conference is organised by students of the Batory High School in Warsaw.

With over nineteen years of experience, we are the longest-running and biggest MUN conference in Poland and Central-Eastern Europe.

We warmly invite you to apply, and hope to see you in November!

WawMUN 2026 Secretariat

 

 

As for this year, we will not be able to provide international delegates with Visa Invitation Letters.

The minimum age to attend our conference is 14 for delegates and 15 for chairpersons!

Please pay only after your application is marked as accepted! 

The Conference fee is refundable until 12.10.2026 under the discretion of the Secretariat. Applications sent from 1.10.2026 to 12.10.2026 will be entitled to a 50% refund of the Delegate Fee. 

After 12.10.2026 refunds will not be possible.
