The parties of these terms are you, and the owner and operator (hereafter "the Operator") of this platform (hereafter the "the Platform"), MyMUN GmbH, registry no. HRB 777522, a private, limited company situated at Raiffeisenstr. 51, 71083 Herrenberg, Germany.
The Platform provides services to organizers and participants of educational and other conferences, including registration, transfer of fees and offers, allocation and allotment to its participants. The Platform facilitates the interaction between conferences and participants, as well as between participants.
The service does not extend to guarantee the validity and currentness of information displayed, in particular but not limited to, application dates or fees, available spots, or other information.
You must be 13 years of age or older to use the Platform.
You are responsible and liable for keeping your password, and access to your account secure.
Account sharing and transfer is strictly disallowed. Any user account must belong to one natural person only.
Violation of any of the terms laid out in this agreement may, at the discretion of the Operator, result in permanent termination of your account.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service or your access to the Service or the Terms of Service, the Privacy Agreement and the Cookie Agreement for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you.
We prohibit crawling, scraping, or otherwise accessing and copying any content on the Platform via any automated means, including but not limited to, user, conference and society profiles.
By listing an event on the Platform, you declare to be a legal representative of that even or its hosting organization.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of that legal entity.
The Operator does not claim exclusive ownership of any content that is posted on or through the Platform.
You hereby grant to the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use the content that you submit to or through the Platform, including, but not limited to, conference logos, names and descriptions, study guides and Position Papers.
The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is the property of MyMUN GmbH, Raiffeisenstr. 51, 71083 Herrenberg, Germany.
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a the Platform or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
