Marszałek Sejmu zwołuje Konwent Seniorów, aby każda ważniejsza siła w Sejmie wyraziła swoje zdanie, aby wspólnie wypracować rozwiązanie kompromisowe, które będzie punktem wyjścia do prac nad ustawą. Temat reparacji rozpala emocje w Polsce od lat. Niektórzy mówią o konieczności wyznaczenia dziejowej sprawiedliwości, inni krytykują psucie relacji z naszym największym partnerem handlowym. Jedni wyliczają kwotę odszkodowań za zniszczenia, inni kwestionują sprawczość wysuwania takich roszczeń. Jedni mówią, że reparacji już się zrzekliśmy, inni mówią, że nie byliśmy niepodlegli, więc niczego de facto zrzec się nie mogliśmy. Od lat temat ten co pewien czas wraca jak bumerang i szturmem zdobywa nagłówki gazet. Do tej pory zawsze kończyło się to właśnie na nagłówkach. Czas położyć temu kres. Czas zwołać Konwent Seniorów i raz na zawsze wypracować wspólne stanowisko Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w zagadnieniu o nazwie „reparacje”. Tylko jasne, wspólne stanowisko państwa może zamknąć tę wieloletnią dyskusję i jasno określić interes RP. Pytanie brzmi: czy politycy są na takie porozumienie gotowi?

Some countires have introduced some restrictions in the past, but they fail to adapt to the current standards of industry, while other countries have completely ignored the issue and are yet to introduce restrictions such as a minimal BMI index for models. To make the situation more interesting, the committee will also discuss the potential introduction of a maximal BMI index threshold. The delegates will discuss if such restrictions should be introduced and, if so, in what way.

This committee will explore the escalating issue of drug trafficking through the Pacific Ocean, which, during the past two decades, has grown from a few kilograms, to a few tons smuggled annually. Due to the process, small island countries have turned into a narcotics highway. This problem is mainly caused by a lack of resources necessary to monitor and check huge distances between islands within a single country. It has a huge negative effect on countries’ citizens, as it causes easier access to drugs, bigger addiction rate, and homelessness. The delegates will examine the causes and consequences of the problem, as well as come up with the ideas how to resolve it.
