POLMUN 2024

POLMUN is the most prestigious, noteworthy and oldest Model United Nations conference in Poland, having had its first edition all the way back in 1992. Since 2015 the organization of the Conference has been in the hands of the Foreign Affairs Student Society at the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw. 

In prior years POLMUN was mostly for and was organized by university students, but this year we cordially welcome all high school students above the age of 15 to participate in this MUN as well. 

With a new and fresh secretariat and experienced chairs, we plan to make this experience an unforgettable one and to better address the problems faced before.

Experience representing a country as a delegate, and collaborating with the delegates of other nations to craft solutions for the pressing global challenges faced by the UN. Delegates will discuss issues in 6 different committees, all designed to mirror real-world counterparts.

This year, we aim to underscore the importance of team-building activities by dedicating specific time for collaboration between various committees to add a fresh perspective to this MUN. Additionally, we are delighted to announce the inclusion of the World Culture Gala. Further details regarding this event will be disclosed soon.

Peace through partnership - collaborative approaches to conflict resolution.
