Presentation of this year's theme :

Since its creation, the United Nations has anchored itself as a symbol of peace, cooperation and resilience in the face of global challenges. Over the decades, its fundamental values ​​have endured, but the world has changed: new threats have appeared, new perspectives have opened up, and the complexity of international issues has continued to evolve.

This year, LyonMUN invites you to explore what 80 years of existence mean today. What values ​​persist within the organization? How are the United Nations and its members adapting to meet current and future challenges? 

Come discover with us how these founding values ​​meet contemporary realities, and ask yourself the question: What future do we want to draw for the decades to come? 

Now, what about the “LyonMUN” ? 

LyonMUN is a Lyon-based association that has been active since 2012. It is exclusively administered by students. It aims to promote the principles and practices of the United Nations by allowing students to take part in mock negotiations. LyonMUN committees are in French, English, Spanish and Arabic.

• Participation to all sessions as a delegate ;
• Lunch, coffee and snacks during the conference ;
• Goodies ;
• Certification of participation ;
• MyMun processing fees ;
