Migration and sustainable development: proactive solutions for a new tomorrow

Theme

The theme for this year’s conference will guide discussions across a diverse set of committees. From addressing the growing migrant workforce to exploring a futuristic scenario of mass climate-induced migration, delegates will have the chance to delve into some of the most pressing issues of our time.

Opportunities

Beyond the academic experience, EPFLMUN 2025 will provide plenty of opportunities for networking and relaxation. The conference will feature two social events, including a gala ball on Saturday evening, allowing delegates to unwind and build lasting and meaningful connections with peers from around the world.

What's in the fee ?

Conference fees includes:

  • breakfast and lunch on both Saturday and Sunday
  • refreshments and snacks in between committee sessions
  • access to both social events.

Process of application

1 - Registering

  • Delegates : apply, select your committee and country preferences.
  • Delegation : FA and HD can register their delegation and invite their delegates, who choose their preferences themselves.

⚠ Please select preferences corresponding to your academic level (University / High School).

2 - Paying

⚠ You will only be assigned once you have paid your fee.

3 - Be assigned

Wait to receive your assignment. You should receive it via email a few days after you pay your fee.

Delegation discount

Any delegation of 6 people or more can contact the secretariat by email or WhatsApp to obtain a discount of 10% for every Delegate Fees.

Refunds

EPFLMUN2025 will refund the amount paid minus 20.- to any refund request made before 07.03.2025 @ 23:59 (full refund policy available in Terms & Conditions).
