MainMUN 2026

We are thrilled to announce that MainMUN is back for its 22nd edition under the bold and timely theme: “Daring Democracy.” 

From 26 February to 01 March 2026, we invite you to join us in Frankfurt am Main for four days of immersive diplomacy, critical reflection, and spirited debate.

In an era where democratic values are both celebrated and challenged, MainMUN 2026 dares to ask: How can we redefine, protect, and reinvigorate democracy in a rapidly changing world? We believe that dialogue is not just a tool, but a necessity—and your voice is vital to that conversation.

Over the years, MainMUN has welcomed delegates from across the globe. This year, we continue that tradition, inviting participants to engage with eight diverse committees, tailored to both newcomers and seasoned delegates. Whether debating in a General Assembly or reacting to unfolding events in a crisis simulation, you will be at the heart of daring decisions that reflect the complexities of democratic governance.

Outside the committee rooms, explore the dynamic city of Frankfurt am Main and connect with fellow delegates at our renowned social events, including the unforgettable delegate dance.
