A World in Transition: Redefining Tomorrow’s diplomacy

Geneva International Model United Nations (GIMUN) has been on going since 1999. It is an entirely led Non-Profit Organization (NGO) accredited with an ECOSOC Status at the United Nations Office in Geneva (UNOG). It is coming back with its 28th edition in 2027. It will take place at the heart of International Geneva from 1st to 5th February 2027 under the theme of "A World in Transition: Redefining Tomorrow’s diplomacy". In a 5-day conference, you should expect five breathtaking socials along with tours of International Institutions as it has become our tradition. You can join us in English, French, or Spanish.

Our committees will be announced soon, keep an eye out so you can be the first one to apply to our chairing applications opening on August 17th 2027. Please note that applications will be examined on a rolling basis; do not wait until the last minute to apply. However, if you wish to be a delegate then you have to be more patient and await October 1st 2027.

Please note that while the Conference dates have been set, all applications dates may still be subject to change.

Should you have any questions, you can consult our FAQ on our website https://www.gimun.org/faq or directly reach to the Secretaries-General with your inquiry via email.
