The mymun Scholarship Delegation 2026-2027 🌍

Two years in, and the MUNiverse keeps sending us its best. We're reopening applications for the next mymun Scholarship Delegation, and we're looking for 15 to 30 MUNers who live for this comMUNity to go represent it on the ground.

What you'll actually be doing

Travel to some of the best MUN conferences out there, as a delegate or a chair, with a scholarship that cuts the fee (sometimes all the way to zero). For a year, you're one of mymun's people in the room: you show up, you bring the energy, and afterward you send us your story and a few photos within 10 days so the rest of the comMUNity gets to relive it with you. Every conference you touch, you're also opening a door, for the next delegation, for the organizers who haven't met us yet, for every student out there who hasn't found their first MUN.

You don't need to check every box, but here's the MUNer we're picturing:

You've clocked serious conference mileage and people notice
You're comfortable debating and mingling in English
You're 16 or older
You're in high school or university
You know mymun, bonus points if you've actually used it
You're curious, easy to talk to, and make friends fast

Why we're doing this

Our whole reason for existing is a simple one: every student should get to experience at least one MUN in their life. We build the tools that make that possible, for the secretariats running the show and the delegates showing up to debate. That only works if we keep reaching new corners of the MUNiverse, conferences, campuses, and comMUNities we haven't met yet. That's what this delegation is really for. You're not just attending, you're helping us get there.

How to apply

We're running this application through this "conference" page, so just apply like you would for any delegate spot (it's not an actual conference, just how we manage this). Deadline is August 17th. Make the cut, and we'll set up a short interview before getting back to you with a final answer. Interviews happen in August, delegation kicks off in September.

FAQ

Do I need to live in Europe or North America? Not necessarily, but heads up, most of the conferences we work with are based there.
How many conferences do I need to attend? At least 2 from the list we give you.
Which conferences are on the list this year? We'll share the full list with selected members in September. Past delegations have gone to conferences such as HNMUN, BOSMUN, YMUNE, MUN Rome, CONMUN, MEDMUN, POZMUN, BathMUN, and SSUNS.
Does mymun cover travel or accommodation? No, just the conference fee. Travel and housing are on you.
How long does the delegation run? One year, from September through the following summer.
