The mymun scholarship delegation is back for its second edition! After the success of the previous team, mymun is reopening applications and looking for 15 of the best MUNers in the world to be part of the second edition of the mymun delegation!

Role description

We are looking for 15 exceptional MUN enthusiasts to travel the world and attend the best MUN conferences, either as a delegate or as a chair. They will be part of an exclusive team benefiting from a scholarship that reduces the conference fee or, in some cases, removes it completely. At each of the conferences you attend you will be an ambassador for mymun, embody its spirit and values and act as an integral part of the mymun team. You will then be sharing your learnings from those conferences with us and enabling fellow delegates and organizers to take the next step in the MUNiverse. 

Who are we looking for? 

While you don’t need to fit every criterion, the ideal candidate will:

• Be an extraordinary MUNer with extensive experience and a deep passion for MUN conferences.
• Be fluent in English.
• Be 16+ years. 
• Be a university or high school student.
• Have an understanding of what mymun is.
• Be curious, open-minded, and eager to make new friends.
• Be reliable and dedicated.

How to apply: 

We are using this “conference” to manage the applications for this position. Just apply as a delegate. It is, of course, not an actual MUN conference.The application deadline is June 30th, 2025. After submitting your application, if selected, you will be invited for a short interview and then receive a final reply. Interviews will take place in July 2025. The delegation will officially begin its activities in September 2025.

FAQ

1. Do I have to live in Europe or North America to apply? 
   Not necessarily but please keep in mind that the majority of the conferences proposed will be in those geographical regions. 
2. How many conferences do I have to attend? 
   Every member must attend a minimum of 2 conferences of the ones proposed. 
3. Which are the conferences proposed for 2025-2026?
   The list of conferences proposed will be provided to selected members in September 2025. Last year’s delegation went to the following conferences: HNMUN 2025, BOSMUN 2025, YMUNE 2025, MUN ROME 2025, CONMUN 2025, MEDMUN 2025, POZMUN 2025, SCOTMUN, BATHMUN 2024, SSUNS 2024. 4. Does mymun cover accomodation and travel expenses? No, mymun only covers the conference fee, members are responsible to find and organise their own travel and accomodation arrangements.
