Welcome to SenMUN (Senec Model United Nations)

Senec Model United Nations is a conference bringing the world of diplomacy to the Slovakian town of Senec known for the Sunny Lakes and being close to the capital, Bratislava. We have put forward 3 different committees for you to choose from Human Rights Council, City Council of Senec, and last but not least Historical Committe. In these committes you will have the chance to debate and master problem-solving abilities while fostering diplomatic courtesy. The event is a perfect possibility to explore the world of international relations and delve into history in the Historical Committee.

    The year is 1918 the forces of Imperial Germany have been defeated and the newly created Czechoslovak Republic has gained its right for self-determination. There is only one problem the fallen remain of the once great Austro-Hungarian Empire in the form of newly formed Hungary are not yet prepared to give up their former territory of Slovakia and will do anything to take it back. Will you be able to negotiate a peace deal or will Europe be devasted with another major armed conflict, the fate of many people and many nations will be in your hands!
