About Brainlyne-Leo Conference (BLC) 2025

The Brainlyne-Leo Conference (BLC) 2025 is a premier youth leadership and debate event set to take place in Rabat, Morocco, from December 12 to 14, 2025.
Hosted at the Université Internationale de Rabat (UIR), this exceptional gathering brings together ambitious students, young visionaries, and changemakers for three inspiring days of dialogue, leadership, and innovation.

Throughout the conference, participants will engage in thought-provoking debates, transformative workshops, and meaningful networking opportunities.
BLC offers a unique platform for youth to develop their communication, teamwork, and public speaking skills, while connecting with like-minded peers who share a passion for progress and positive change.

Participation Packages

Standard Pack – 60 $
Includes meals, transportation within Rabat, participation fees, certificates, delegate kits, and coffee breaks.

Accommodation Pack – 160 $
Includes two nights in a 3-star hotel, meals, transportation within Rabat, participation fees, certificates, delegate kits, and coffee breaks.

A 10 $ discount per participant is available for group delegations.
