BLACK IS GOLD 2026

International Model United Nations Conference

One World. One Generation. Infinite Possibilities.

BLACK IS GOLD 2026 is an independent international Model United Nations (MUN) conference bringing together ambitious, passionate and forward-thinking young people from around the world.

Our conference provides delegates with the opportunity to explore important global issues, represent countries, exchange perspectives and develop solutions through diplomacy, negotiation and debate.

Inspired by the principles of international cooperation and peaceful dialogue, BLACK IS GOLD aims to create an inclusive environment where young people can strengthen their understanding of global affairs while developing essential skills in public speaking, leadership, critical thinking, research and collaboration.

Through committee sessions, formal debate, negotiations and resolution-writing, delegates will experience the challenges and responsibilities of international diplomacy. Participants will be encouraged to think independently, respect different perspectives and work collaboratively towards meaningful solutions.

Whether you are an experienced MUN delegate or participating for the first time, BLACK IS GOLD welcomes individuals who are eager to learn, contribute and make their voices heard.

What delegates can expect

• International participation: Connect and collaborate with delegates from different countries and backgrounds.
• Diplomatic debate: Discuss global challenges and represent the position of an assigned country.
• Leadership development: Build confidence, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Academic engagement: Research international affairs and develop practical policy proposals.
• Recognition: Receive certificates recognising participation, achievement and outstanding contributions, where applicable.

Our vision

We believe that the next generation should have the knowledge, confidence and opportunity to engage with the world around them.

BLACK IS GOLD is more than a conference. It is a platform for young voices, international understanding and the development of future leaders.
