Dialogue across divides, unity in change.

Dates: 24-27 June 2026

Location: Berlin, Germany

Theme: Generations in Transitions: Building Equity in Times of Change

We are pleased to announce that the jlgMUN Conference 2026 will take place from 24–27 June 2026 in Berlin, Germany, under the theme

“Generations in Transition: Building Equity in Times of Change.”

This theme draws on the findings of the latest UNDP Human Development Report, which highlights how demographic shifts, technological change, and social inequalities shape the lives of current and future generations. At jlgMUN 2026, students from Germany and abroad will explore these issues in their committees, working towards solutions that promote fairness, sustainability, and inclusivity in a rapidly changing world.

jlgMUN has established itself as a fully student-organized Model United Nations conference with participants from Germany and abroad. In recent years, the conference has been honored to open at the German Foreign Ministry and the French Embassy in Berlin, reflecting the strong commitment of our delegates to dialogue and international exchange. The 2026 edition will continue this tradition, with the Opening Ceremony taking place at the Berlin House of Representatives, symbolizing our dedication to democratic values, international cooperation, and the active participation of young people in shaping the future.

The participation fee is €35 per delegate and director, covering conference materials, lunch/snacks and venues. Schools and delegations are invited to pre-register or confirm their interest via the following form: 👉 https://forms.gle/mkCfigsNhEFsJCHn7

We look forward to welcoming delegates and directors to Berlin in June 2026 for a conference dedicated to dialogue, inclusion, and cooperation across generations.
