Addressing the Syrian Refugee Crisis

About the committee

The Syrian refugee crisis, one of the largest humanitarian emergencies of our time, began in 2011 with the outbreak of civil war in Syria. Over 13 million Syrians have been displaced, with 6.6 million fleeing to neighboring countries like Turkey, Lebanon, and Jordan, and 6.7 million internally displaced within Syria. The committee will focus on formulating actionable strategies to address these issues, ensuring the protection and dignity of Syrian refugees.
