Africa International MUN 2016

Dear delegates, It is a great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the Africa International Model United Nations in Ouagadougou - Burkina Faso. We are so glad that you are considering being part of the AIMUN experience. We are extremely excited that you have gotten this far. We are looking forward to receiving your application and the Secretariat is here for you for any inquiries that you may have. The Secretariat invites you all to join this movement of empowered students and come to Ouagadougou from 15th to 18th September 2016. Africa International Model United Nations is a simulation of the United Nations, where participants role-play delegations in representing a country’s position on a certain topic. It gives students the opportunity to use their creativity to find a resolution to the problem and enhancing their knowledge of geo-politics as well as their public speaking and debating skills. This conference will gather 500 delegates from different countries, coming from all over Africa, Europe and the world. These delegates will engage in enlightening debates in one of our 8 different committees provides you with a wide range of possibilities of debates in following committees: AFRICAN UNION, LEAGUE ARAB, UNSC, UNHCR, SPECPOL, UN WOMAN, UNHRC
