Open the season, set the standard for a new era of Model UN.

AAIMUN 2026: Alterna AI Model United Nations

The First UNx Conference of Season 2

Join us on July 25th, 2026 for a global day of discussion on artificial intelligence, diplomacy, and the future of global decision making as part of UNx, the first international Model UN league.

AAIMUN 2026 is an online Model United Nations conference hosted by Alterna in partnership with Futures Summit Alliance. As the opening conference of UNx Season 2, it brings together delegates from around the world to debate important global issues, build real skills, and experience a new kind of Model UN shaped by technology and innovation.

This year, AAIMUN will run on MUNOS, Alterna’s custom platform. It includes real time committee communication, AI assisted research tools, and a smooth experience from registration to closing ceremony.

More than just a conference, AAIMUN is part of something bigger.

UNx connects conferences into a single global season. Instead of isolated events, delegates take part in an ongoing experience where their participation and performance carry forward. By joining AAIMUN, delegates earn UNx Season 2 points and contribute to global standings throughout the season. All participants will be recognized as UNx Season 2 Founding Delegates and receive co branded certificates and digital badges.

This means you are not just attending another conference.
You are helping shape the foundation of a growing global system that is changing how Model UN works.

Registration is free and open to high school students worldwide. Position papers are required for General Assembly committees and encouraged for Crisis committees.

Your participation also supports Institute Alterna, a fiscally sponsored nonprofit in the United States, focused on giving students meaningful opportunities in artificial intelligence, computer science, and global citizenship.

Join us on July 25th and be part of something new.
