Originally, I am from San Angelo, Texas, but I have been living in Germany for the past eight years. I used to be in the United States Army and decided to live in Germany after being stationed here for a year. Several years later, I finally started using my benefits and studying at Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany. Currently I'm doing my B.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy and I should be done in April 2017. I have now attended around four conferences and have participated in countless training debates over the course of a year. Out of those conferences, I have received three awards. At Schiller International I became the President of the General Assembly and have assisted our Secretary General in creating study guides as well as leading debates. I would personally describe my chairing style as pleasant, attentive and diplomatic. Those who have worked with me in the past can generally attest to these characteristics. For the Heidelberg MUN, I'm mostly looking forward to chairing the UN Environmental Programme, to hearing young delegates thoughts on such pressing matters and to meeting new people! My hobbies outside of MUN consist primarily of activities with friends, such as attending concerts and music festivals, traveling, and hanging out. Also, I highly enjoy drawing, but I haven't done it in awhile.
