About the committee

Committee Description The Lok Sabha is the lower house of the Parliament of India — the very heart of the nation’s law-making process. Known for its passionate debates, political drama, and sharp exchanges, this committee offers delegates the chance to step into the shoes of India’s most influential political leaders. At VIREO MUN 2025, the Lok Sabha will recreate the high-voltage atmosphere of parliamentary proceedings, where every word can sway the nation and every vote counts. What to Expect Delegates will engage in intense discussions, frame policies, and negotiate across party lines to address pressing national issues. With an environment rich in realism and guided by parliamentary procedure, the Lok Sabha will demand not only political strategy but also oratory skill, quick thinking, and the art of persuasion.
