Since its first steps after the Second World War, the European project has stood as a unique experiment in shared sovereignty, a union built not by conquest, but by the voluntary pooling of power in pursuit of peace and prosperity. Yet, decades later, the Union finds itself at a crossroads: enlargement, war on its borders, economic pressures, and rising nationalisms are testing the very balance between collective ambition and national identity that has always defined it.

This year, Stras'MUN invites you to explore what it truly means to build an efficient Europe. How has the European Union's democratic history shaped the institutions we know today? Can supranational efficiency and national sovereignty coexist, or must one be sacrificed the other?

Come discover with us how decades of integration, crisis, and compromise continue to shape the Union's path forward, and ask yourself the question: What kind of Europe do we want to build for our future generations?
