About the Event

SAVOIR MUN 2026 is the inaugural inter-college Model United Nations conference hosted by Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College. Designed by experienced MUNers, this two-day event aims to foster diplomacy, rigorous debate, and critical thinking across beginner and advanced committees alike. Participants will experience deep research, structured negotiations, and networking opportunities with delegates from across the country.

Committees & Agendas

• United Nations Security Council (UNSC): Deliberating upon the recognition, regulation, and strategic implications of autonomous artificial entities as potential subjects of international law—redefining sovereignty, accountability, and the use of force in the post-human security paradigm.
• United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC - Beginner's Committee): Deliberation on the conservation of the human rights of individuals under the disability spectrum.
• United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (UNCSW - Beginner's Committee): Deliberating upon measures to bridge the gender gap in workforce participation with special emphasis on pay equity, workplace safety, and access to leadership roles.
• All India Political Parties Meet (AIPPM): Deliberating on policy frameworks for responsible innovation in emerging technologies, with special emphasis on ethical governance, public safety, inclusive development, and international cooperation.
• International Press (IP): Covering Journalism and Photography.
