Navigating a Fractured World: Rebuilding Safety and Stability Through Global Cooperation
Mentari Intercultural School Jakarta proudly invites you to join MISJMUN 2026, a premier secondary school-level Model United Nations conference that continues its long-standing tradition of fostering diplomacy, dialogue, and collaboration among students. With over 400 delegates expected, three difficulty levels, and seven offline and two online councils, this year’s conference expands opportunities for participation both locally and internationally. (For information on the Two Online Councils- UNICEF and WHO, please refer to the separate MISJ MUN Online page in mymun)
Now in its seventh iteration, students learn about the United Nations and its agencies, and how countries collaborate to create resolutions to pressing global issues. Beyond diplomacy, MUN cultivates skills in debating, public speaking, teamwork, and negotiation—skills it aims to develop among participants from across Indonesia and the wider world.
MISJMUN 2026 offers a platform for meaningful dialogue and authentic engagement. It incentivizes and empowers students—whether serving on committees or attending as delegates—to socialize, collaborate, and foster potentially long-lasting relationships with peers across Jakarta and beyond. All of this is done in the spirit of global peace, cooperation, and diplomacy.
Join us this April as we navigate a fractured world together, striving to rebuild safety and stability through global cooperation.
