GVMUN Fellowship 2025

Hello delegates and international thinkers! Please fill out this form if you wish to participate in the Global Research Fellowship, hosted by the Global Virtual Model United Nations. As part of this initiative, fellows will attend 8 virtual sessions, where they'll learn the skills of global policy analysis before creating a research-style policy paper of their own. There'll be plenty of opportunities to network, collaborate, and get to know the other fellows. Finally, all fellows will be certified by GVMUN, as well as given the opportunity to work with us in some capacity.

The session dates and topics are as follows, please make sure you can attend the majority before signing up:

Week 1 -  July 12th - Orientation, Global Issues & Topic Selection

Week 2 - July 19th- Research Methods & Source Building

Week 3 - July 26th - Issue Framing & Case Study Analysis

Week 4 - August 2nd - Outlining & Structuring the Paper

Week 5 - August 9th - Writing Part I: Introduction & Background

Week 6 - August 16th - Writing Part II: Body & Analysis

Week 7 - August 23rd - Writing Part III: Conclusion & Peer Review

Week 8 -  August 30th - Finalization & Presentation

All sessions will be held from 9 AM to 10:15 AM EST, so please convert that into your local time zone when checking if you can attend.

GVMUN is an officially-registered 501(c)3 nonprofit in the US (EIN 81-2908499), with various initiatives including virtual conferences, essay competitions, internships, a monthly newsletter and other publications, in addition to interviews with global figures such as Richard Gowan.
