GranMUN 2027

​GranMUN 2027: First University Model United Nations Simulation at the University of Granada

​Join us from March 12 to 14, 2027, for the very first edition of GranMUN, a groundbreaking academic and diplomatic event at the heart of the University of Granada (UGR).

​Under the unifying theme "Human and 2030", this conference will bring together 60 passionate delegates across 4 strategic committees addressing key contemporary geopolitical and humanitarian challenges:

​UNSC (Security Council - in English): The geopolitical and humanitarian management of the migratory crisis at external borders (focusing on the Ceuta crisis).

​HRC (Human Rights Council - in Spanish): The protection of fundamental rights and access to justice in the face of humanitarian crises and current conflicts.

​UNESCO (in English): The protection of cultural heritage and access to education in current geopolitical conflict zones.

​UNDC (in Spanish): The fight against transnational criminal networks and illicit trafficking in the current geopolitical context.

​Beyond high-level negotiations, GranMUN 2027 offers a complete immersive experience: an opening ceremony featuring student talents, stimulating debates, unique social evening events (with themes chosen by participants), and a closing ceremony captured by our media team.
