Europe's Premier Conference
FWWMUN Geneva is a Professional Certificate in International Development and Humanitarian Affairs. It aims to gather students from the five continents offering a higher-level atrium of confrontation and debate between culturally-diverse leaders, with the UN building as backdrop.
Geneva is a global city, a financial centre, and a worldwide centre for diplomacy due to the presence of numerous international organizations, including the headquarters of many agencies of the United Nations and the Red Cross. It hosts the highest number of international organizations in the world.
The conference will focus on the significance of youth voices from a plethora of backgrounds, in not only understanding, but implementing the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda, at all levels of the decision-making process.
The program starts with 3 days of intensive training, led by and Experts in their field. It will then end with a 2-day Model UN simulation.
Participants are provided with a deep understanding of the United Nations, the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda, Gender Equality, Humanitarian Aids, Public Speaking and Leadership, all while engaging in several learning activities in a very interactive way.
FWWMUN Geneva aims to guide participants in developing their critical thinking skills which will further enhance their decision making and public speaking ability. We ensure the youths are able to develop profound knowledge on issues critical to the UN agenda and can contribute to shaping the future we want.
