DYBMUN 2026

Hello to Everyone. I am pleased to present our first DYBMUN conference. This conference is for everyone whether it may be your first second or even fifteenth it does not matter because this conference wants to see how delegates show the best version in conferences whether that may be public speaking , draft resolution writing or even implementing solutions.

📝 Position Paper Policy & AI Regulations:

Compulsory Requirement: Position papers are strictly compulsory for all participating delegates, as they establish your country's policies , view's and stance on the topic.

Award Eligibility Deadline: To be eligible for the  Best Position Paper Award 🌟, your document must be uploaded to the MyMUN portal no later than 2 hours before the conference opens (Saturday, August 29th at 09:00 BST).

Strict AI Guardrails: DYBMUN maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any AI generated content. Submissions with 20% or more AI generated content will be disqualified for the Best position paper award. However they will be eligible for other awards.

• 14:45 – 15:15: Committee Session III 🧠
• 15:15 – 15:30: Quick Break 🏃‍♂️
• 15:30 – 17:00: Committee Session IV & Voting 🗳️

• 17:00 – 17:30: Closing Ceremony & Awards 🏆

⚠️ Pre-Conference Policy

• Zero-Tolerance Pre-Drafting Ban: Pre-writing resolution clauses or working papers prior to the opening gavel is strictly prohibited. All text must be authored collaboratively during official caucusing hours. 
• Pre-Bloc Disqualification: Forming pre-conference voting blocs or private messaging groups before the first official Unmoderated Caucus opens will result in immediate disqualification from all award consideration.

  Awards may vary on committee size and performance.

  Friday Workshop:

  On Friday there will be a workshop covering Moderated and Unmoderated Caucuses , Draft Resolutions , UNA-USA rules of procedure and Position papers and with Q&A. The time and date will be 28/8/2026 At 16:00-17:30 UTC+1/BST
