BITSMUN Goa 2025 is one of the leading MUN conferences, bringing together young leaders from across the world. Hosted at the prestigious BITS Pilani, Goa Campus, this conference emphasizes the importance of global diplomacy and leadership. Aligned with the core principles of Model United Nations, BITSMUN Goa fosters critical thinking, cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving skills. BITSMUN Goa Roles

Delegates
Delegates actively participate in all committee sessions, representing countries in their respective committees. They engage in debates, collaborate with other countries, and work towards drafting and voting on resolutions. Delegates will be assigned specific countries and must advocate for their assigned country’s position on global issues.

Acceptance Criteria

Delegates
To register as a Delegate, participants must be between 14 and 28 years old at the time of the conference. No prior MUN experience is necessary, making the conference open to both first-time and experienced participants.

Registration Fees

• Delegate Fee: INR 3000 (approx. $35 USD)
• No additional delegation fee.

Prize Pool

• INR 250000+ (approx. $2900 USD)

What’s Not Included

• Accommodation

Accommodation

Accommodation packages for the conference will be available at partner hotels. These packages include a 3-night stay during the event and are available exclusively to registered participants. A separate mail will be sent regarding accomodation.

Visa Invitation Letters

Visa invitation letters will be issued once registration is completed. These letters are provided to assist with visa applications but do not guarantee visa approval. Delegates must independently schedule their visa appointments.

Important Notes

• All registered delegates must attend the conference events. Non-registered individuals such as family or friends are not permitted.
• Delegates must meet the eligibility criteria for their respective roles. Failure to meet these criteria may result in registration cancellation.
