ABIP (Al Bayati Intern Programs) is a youth-focused nonprofit initiative providing free internship and development opportunities for young people. Our programs span Research, Business, International Affairs, Writing & Journalism, and Social Impact, giving students opportunities to gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects. ABIP aims to connect ambitious youth with opportunities that help them grow as future professionals, researchers, leaders, and changemakers.

🔬 Research
The Research Program gives young people the opportunity to explore real-world issues, conduct research, analyze information, and develop evidence-based projects. Participants build skills in critical thinking, research methodology, academic writing, and presenting findings.
💼 Business
The Business Program introduces participants to entrepreneurship, strategy, marketing, management, and business development. Interns work on practical projects designed to develop their understanding of how organizations and businesses operate.
🌍 International Affairs
The International Affairs Program explores global politics, diplomacy, international organizations, geopolitical issues, and global cooperation. Participants research current international issues and develop a deeper understanding of how countries and institutions interact.
📰 Writing & Journalism
The Writing & Journalism Program gives young people a platform to develop their writing, reporting, interviewing, and storytelling skills. Participants can work on articles, opinion pieces, research-based publications, and other forms of journalism while learning how to communicate ideas effectively.
🤝 Social Impact
The Social Impact Program focuses on issues affecting communities and society. Participants identify problems, research potential solutions, and develop initiatives or projects aimed at creating positive social change. The program encourages young people to turn ideas into meaningful action.
