Alberto Perra

Ciao! I'm Alberto Perra, I'm Italian and I'm majoring in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs at the Alma Mater Studiorium, University of Bologna. As far as my MUN experience is concerned I have attended MUN in Europe and Asia both as a chair and a delegate. Some of the conferences that I have attended include: RomeMUN, NMUN Europe and the Asian International Model United Nations. Besides MUNs I am also politically active, as a member of the Italian Democratic Party. I believe that each MUN can make the difference; nowadays we all have to face international issues that need to be solved. My dream is a Model United Nations that can make the difference, a MUN that focuses on issue that has not been solved so far so that the resolutions solving the current crisis or the DSGs of the United Nations can be taken into consideration by current UN Officials and diplomats. We all live in a globalized world that faces new challenges, and we live every day facing those challenges that we, young leaders try everyday to solve. That's why I believe in the importance of Everydday Ambassadors, & I couldn't be more proud to be a member of the United Ambassadors Executive Team. I think that through United Ambassadors my dream will come true. United Ambassadors strongly promotes the SDGs as well as the UN goals, United Ambassadors brings together youth leaders from all over the world to promote and develop Model UN worldwide. I believe in a cooperation between UN and MUN that today is possible thanks to United Ambassadors through the MUN4UN initiative. This is why it is a great honor and a pleasure for me to be the Assistant Director at United Ambassadors.
