WINMUN XIII 2026

WinMUN is proud to host our thirteenth FREE online conference. Held online monthly, these conferences give delegates anywhere around the world a chance to compete and hone there skills in and GA. WINMUN XIII will focus GA committees to allow delegates to learn the skills required to succeed at a regional and international level. All WINMUN conferences are led by the International Institute for Model UN, an officially filed nonprofit foundation with the goal of bridging the gap between low and high-income countries in competitive Model UN. The Institute works to offer extremely high-quality (averaging over 4/5 stars across MyMUN) conferences for free for delegates, a dynamic experience with committees ranging from beginner learning experiences to challenging expert committees, along with free resources and coaching to anyone in the world for free. WINMUN is the current largest conference series on MyMUN and proudly invites you to our prestigious conference. 

📄Certification: All delegates can receive official certificates of participation after the competition, in addition to any awards received📄

🎓In addition, if you need a position paper graded, speech proof, or written performance feedback for a class feel free to let us know (at least a couple days in advance) and we will be happy to provide it 🎓

June 21st -

• Opening Ceremony: 11:30 AM
• Session 1: 12:00-1:00 PM
• Break: 1:00-1:10 PM
• Session 2: 1:10-2:10 PM
• Break: 2:10-2:20 PM
• Session 3: 2:20-3:20 PM
• Break: 3:20-3:30 PM
• Session 4: 3:30-4:30 PM
• Break: 4:30-4:40 PM
• Session 5: 4:40-5:40 PM
• Closing Ceremony: 6:00 PM

Format: 

GA: This competition will operate in a traditional sense, with moderated and unmoderated caucuses. The overall goal will be to write and pass resolutions. We will follow Modified UNA-USA procedure.

• This simulation will also consist of six 1.5-hour rounds.

💻Location: Online on a Zoom Conferencing Call 💻

Communication: We will send out background guides and position confirmation through the WinMUN WhatsApp group. If you are unable to access WhatsApp, we will work with you to find an alternative means of communication. Please complete the application process and answer all questions to receive an invitation to our WhatsApp.

📝Position Papers: All delegates are expected to submit a position paper by June 20th, to be considered for Best Position Paper. Position papers ARE NOT REQUIRED.
