Where future leaders of the globe unite.
WFMUN 2027
🌐 February 13-14, 2027 🏆
WFMUN 2027 brings delegates together for two days of debate, negotiation, and committee work across three councils, each pitched at a different level of experience.
UNEA and ECOSOC are the conference's beginner committees. UNEA takes on environmental policy, from climate action to resource management, giving first-time delegates a structured way to practice debate and resolution writing on issues with global stakes. ECOSOC covers economic and social development, another accessible entry point where new delegates can build confidence with parliamentary procedure, speech-making, and coalition work before moving to more demanding committees.
DISEC, the conference's intermediate committee, raises the bar. Delegates are expected to arrive with a working grasp of MUN procedure and ready for sharper argumentation, faster-moving negotiation, and the security and disarmament issues that define the agenda. It's built for delegates who've done at least one conference and want to sharpen their skills rather than learn them from scratch.
Across all three committees, WFMUN 2027 is designed to develop the core skills of Model UN: research, public speaking, negotiation, and resolution drafting, in a setting that scales the challenge to where each delegate actually is. Beginners get room to learn without being overwhelmed. Intermediate delegates get pushed.
Delegates interested in environmental policy, economic development, or international security are all covered, and the beginner-to-intermediate structure means students can return year over year and move up the difficulty ladder as their skills grow.
