War-en-Provence 2025

Dear Future Participants,

Aix ONU and Ema Aix (the association for the Arab world at Sciences Po Aix) are delighted to invite you to take part in a unique and enriching experience: War-en-Provence 2025!

During this event, you will have the opportunity to explore the complex dynamics of the conflict in Syria and seek ways to resolve the crisis. You will delve into the positions and roles of various diplomatic, governmental, and military actors and analyze how these evolve throughout a carefully designed scenario.

To do so, you will be assigned to one of three types of committees:

• The United Nations Security Council (English-speaking committee)
• Government Committees (French-speaking committee)
• Military Committees (French-speaking committee)

War-en-Provence offers the added excitement of crisis situations, enhancing the traditional MUN format. Join us for an event that will deepen your understanding of geopolitical challenges in a friendly and engaging atmosphere—all under the beautiful Aix-en-Provence sun!

Aix ONU et Ema Aix (l'association du monde arabe à Sciences Po Aix) ont le plaisir de vous inviter à participer à une expérience unique et enrichissante : le War-en-Provence 2025 !  Au cours de celui-ci, vous serez invités à explorer les dynamiques complexes du conflit en Syrie, et chercher comment résoudre la crise. Vous aurez l’occasion de découvrir la position et le rôle de plusieurs acteurs diplomatiques, gouvernementaux et militaires, et l’évolution de ces positions au fil du déroulement d’un scénario minutieusement préparé. Pour celà, vous serez répartis au sein de trois types de comités :  

• Le Conseil de Sécurité de l’ONU (comité en anglais)
• Les comités gouvernementaux (comité en français)

• Les comités militaires (comité en français)

  Le War-en-Provence présente l’avantage d’ajouter le dynamisme des situations de crises au fonctionnement habituel d’un MUN : rejoignez-nous pour participer à un événement qui vous permettra d’approfondir votre compréhension des enjeux géopolitiques dans un esprit convivial, le tout sous le beau soleil aixois !
