About RAYMUN
Royal Athenian Youth Model United Nations (RAYMUN) is a youth-oriented diplomatic simulation that brings together aspiring diplomats, future leaders, and passionate students to engage in debate, negotiation, and international affairs.
Drawing inspiration from the intellectual, political, and cultural heritage of ancient Athens, RAYMUN embodies the principles of eloquence, critical thinking, diplomacy, and constructive dialogue.
The conference aims to provide delegates with an opportunity to experience the workings of international organisations through structured committee sessions, representing nations, analysing global challenges, defending national positions, and negotiating resolutions.
With committees addressing a diverse range of international issues, including international security, nuclear affairs, transnational crime, and international justice, RAYMUN offers participants an engaging platform to develop their diplomatic capabilities and broaden their understanding of global affairs.
Whether a first-time participant or an experienced MUN delegate, everyone is encouraged to contribute, collaborate, and make their voice heard.
