PRIMUN|Debate. Lead. Inspire.

PRIMUN 2026 (Prishtina International Model United Nations) is the first international Model United Nations conference hosted in Prishtina, Kosovo’s vibrant City of Youth. The conference brings together high school and university students from across Europe and beyond for a high-level academic simulation of the United Nations.

Taking place from 24–26 March 2026, PRIMUN 2026 offers delegates an immersive diplomatic experience through seven UN committees, each carefully designed to ensure substantive debate, individual engagement, and high-quality discourse.

A defining feature of PRIMUN 2026 is its institutional setting. The conference is planned to be organized inside UNMIK (United Nations Mission in Kosovo) facilities (subject to final confirmation), offering participants a rare opportunity to engage in Model UN discussions in a location where the United Nations has played a direct role in peacebuilding and international cooperation. Kosovo’s unique relationship with the UN provides an exceptional learning environment for understanding diplomacy beyond theory.

Throughout the conference, delegates will:

  • Debate pressing global and regional challenges,
  • Develop skills in diplomacy, public speaking, negotiation, and policy writing,
  • Engage with experienced mentors, trainers, and practitioners,
  • Collaborate across cultures to draft innovative and realistic resolutions.

In addition to committee sessions, PRIMUN 2026 will feature opening and closing ceremonies, workshops, networking opportunities, and cultural activities, allowing participants to experience both professional diplomacy and the rich cultural life of Prishtina.

PRIMUN is more than a conference, it is a platform designed to empower young people, strengthen international dialogue, and position Kosovo as an active host of global youth diplomacy initiatives.

Further details regarding, schedules, and logistics will be announced to our delegates.

Join us in Prishtina and be part of shaping a more connected, diplomatic, and inclusive global future.
