MUNYCH Association 2025

This isn't a MUN. It's an innovative system for registering Model United Nations and participating delegates. This system showcases the scholarships and opportunities you can receive as a delegate in your country for your role in MUN culture that have been planned with global institutions and schools.

What is the "MUN Passport"?

The "MUN Passport" is a unique initiative created by the MUNYCH Association. This project combines a digital and physical system inspired by a real passport, designed to record young people's participation in Model United Nations (MUN) and offer them, based on merit, scholarship opportunities that promote their development and recognize their work as leaders of change.
 

Why the "MUN Passport"?

One of the MUNYCH Association 's commitments to youth is to promote their participation in events that develop their skills and gradually transform them into agents of change who contribute to our world and become the present we need.

Types of Passport

1) Diplomat:  For MUN organizers,Secretaries Generaland members of theHigh Command. Designed to recognize the promoters of this great culture and their extensive career and experience in holding this position.

2) Official:  For the entireMUNer community in general.Each delegate, either in conjunction with their institution or independently, can obtain it and record their previous experience.

Both types of passports issued by MUNYCH provide access to scholarships, opportunities, and registration with MUNYCH partners and part of the MUN Community of Organizers.

MUN Levels

a) Beginner

- From 0 to 5 MUN

- From 0 to 2 prizes 

- From 0 to 1 year MUN

b) Intermediate

- 6 to 20 MUN

- From 3 to 7 prizes

- From 2 to 4 years MUN

- Featured Essay

- MUNYCH Youth Leadership Award

c) Expert

- From 21 and over MUN

- From 8 or more prizes

- From 5 years old or more

- MUNYCH Award for diplomatic excellence.

Your level is determined by the MUNYCH Scholarship Committee based on whether you meet one or more criteria. Surprise! You'll find out when you get your PASSPORT!

How do I get my MUN Passport?

Step I. Register your information in the "MUN Passport" Registration System, which you can find on the site. (https://www.munychassociation.com/contact-6) 

Step II. We'll send you an email requesting proof of the MUNs you've participated in and the awards you've won.

Step III. Once the information has been verified, we will send you your new "Unique Passport Number." You can now use it to pay the Recovery Fee in the section on the site. (https://www.munychassociation.com/pagopasaportemun)

Step IV. After making your payment, you must select the shipping method (direct or to a partner location) and cover the minimum shipping cost.  We will contact you by email with information about delivery dates.

If the shipment isn't available for your country, you could receive by the moment, your digital Passport MUN.
