    About the committee

Following deep drilling operations in a glacier near a historical site, scientists have inadvertently released "Pathogen Lazarus": a highly infectious microbe to which there is not yet a cure. This pathogen exhibits resistance to most modern antibiotic and antiviral treatments and has a high mortality rate. A small, but confirmed, outbreak has occurred at the initial discovery site and is threatening to spread via global transportation networks. The pathogen's emergence has immediately triggered 'The Lazarus Protocol,' a highly classified global health response plan. The World Health Assembly must meet to plan a resolution through it all.
