International Global Goals Model United Nations – Rome, Italy

The International Global Goals Model United Nations Conference will take place in Rome, Italy, bringing together students from different countries for an engaging diplomatic experience focused on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This conference is designed to encourage students to explore global challenges, develop diplomatic thinking, and strengthen their leadership and communication skills in an international environment.

Conference Structure

The conference will include:

  • Junior Model United Nations (JMUN) committees for younger delegates
  • Model United Nations (MUN) committees for more experienced participants

All committees will focus on topics connected to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, encouraging participants to develop realistic and innovative solutions to global issues.

Academic and Cultural Experience

During the 5-day program, delegates will participate in formal committee sessions, debates, and resolution writing while developing skills such as public speaking, negotiation, diplomacy, and critical thinking.

Alongside the academic program, participants will also experience guided cultural activities and walking tours of Rome, exploring its historic streets, piazzas, and landmarks.

The conference offers a unique opportunity to combine international academic engagement with cultural exploration, creating a meaningful and inspiring experience for students.
