GerMUN 2027

GerMUN is one of the oldest Model UN conferences in Germany on an academic level, celebrating its 35th birthday in 2027. GerMUN first took place in 1992 in Bad Honnef. Ever since, the location has changed various times, currently held in Berlin.

It is organized in rotation by Munich’s Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität and the University of Trier. All universities have a long experience with Model UN and pass it on every year to a new generation of tutors, of which most have already served as staff at National Model United Nations (NMUN) New York and other conferences.
