Our GMUN conference is a forum for high school delegations of up to 12 students to debate current global issues and gain insight into the world of international politics and decision-making. Applications must be submitted by a school chaperone/counselor on behalf of the school's delegation. The 2025 program includes opening and closing ceremonies, and 20 committee sessions chaired by Georgetown University in Qatar students. The conference is in-person and only open to high school students (grade 8 and above). 

Please note that this form is only for the Georgetown Spring MUN Conference scheduled for February 13-15th, 2025

1. Application Deadline: January 9, 2025
2. Passport Submission Deadline: January 12, 2025
3. Participation Fee: 250 USD per student (participation fee includes accommodation in 5-star hotel, visa assistance to enter Qatar, airport pick up/drop off, transportation to/from conference venue, meals during the conference timings)
   1 delegation (6 students + 1 advisor): 1500 USD
   2 delegations (12 students + 2 advisors): 3000 USD
4. Conference Fee Payment Deadline: January 30, 2025
5. Conference Dates: Thursday, February 13 - Saturday 15, 2025
6. Cultural Night: February 14, 2025
