Death Star Model United Nations (DSMUN) Crisis Edition 2025 is a one-day online conference designed to deliver an intense, fast-paced, and intellectually challenging Model United Nations experience.
The conference emphasizes crisis simulation, real-time decision-making, and policy-driven debate, allowing delegates to engage with historical, contemporary, and national governance issues under pressure.
DSMUN aims to provide a platform where both experienced and emerging delegates can develop skills in diplomacy, leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking within compact committee sessions. With a carefully curated set of committees ranging from historical crisis to contemporary global health and security issues, DSMUN Crisis Edition 2025 prioritizes quality debate over scale, ensuring meaningful participation for every delegate.
1. Intensive Crisis & Policy Experience
Delegates will participate in focused committee sessions emphasizing: Real-time crisis response and decision-making, Diplomatic negotiation and strategic communication, Exposure to both historical and contemporary governance challenges. The compact one-day format ensures high engagement and accountability for every participant.
2. High-Quality Academic Recognition
All participants will receive an International Participation Certificate, recognizing their involvement in an academically structured Model United Nations conference.

Agenda: Crisis Simulation of World War II This committee simulates the critical diplomatic, military, and strategic decisions taken during World War II. Delegates will represent nation-states and respond to dynamic crisis updates, balancing alliances, warfare, resources, and global stability. The committee emphasizes crisis management, real-time negotiation, and historically grounded decision-making.

Agenda: Strengthening Global Health Security: Pandemic Preparedness, Health Inequity, and Misinformation in Public Health Emergencies This committee focuses on global coordination in health crises, addressing preparedness gaps, equitable access to healthcare, and the role of misinformation in exacerbating emergencies. Delegates will formulate policy-driven solutions grounded in international health frameworks.
Agenda: Deliberation on the Failure of the United Nations Security Council to Prevent and Resolve Prolonged Armed Conflicts, with Special Emphasis on Gaza, Ukraine, and the Red Sea Region This committee examines the structural, political, and diplomatic limitations of the UNSC in addressing long-term conflicts. Delegates will assess veto politics, enforcement mechanisms, and reform pathways while responding to ongoing security developments.
Agenda: Deliberation on the Expanding Use of Executive Powers, Federal Tensions, and Constitutional Limits of Governance in India AIPPM provides a platform for Indian political parties to debate constitutional authority, center-state relations, and democratic accountability. Delegates will engage in structured discussion reflecting India’s parliamentary and federal framework.
