About the Academy: Step out of the simulation and into the real world of international diplomacy! The Consortium for Youth-Led Development (CYLD) invites dynamic young leaders, MUN delegates, students, and professionals to the Youth Global Leadership Academy 2026 in Geneva, the world's diplomacy capital.

Hosted with the support of leading intergovernmental think tanks, UN-accredited organizations, and international institutions, YGLA 2026 bridges advocacy theory with real-world practice.

Program Highlights:

• 3 Days of Intensive Training: Master multilateral advocacy, policy-making, and global diplomacy through expert-led workshops on human rights, climate justice, and global governance.
• 2 Days of Practical UN Exposure: Spend two full days inside the United Nations Office at Geneva. You will attend an official UN forum, participate in guided engagements, and have the unique chance to deliver real interventions alongside global policymakers.
• Pitch for a UN New York Scholarship: Elevate your trajectory! Delegates have the exclusive opportunity to pitch their advocacy vision and win a chance to attend a prestigious UN New York Conference, backed by a scholarship of up to $2,000.
• Global Networking: Build a lifelong network with diplomats, policymakers, NGO leaders, and fellow changemakers from across the globe.

Eligibility: Open to passionate youth, students, and young professionals aged 16 to 36 from all nationalities and disciplines. No prior UN or MUN experience is strictly required, but a strong motivation for global impact is essential.
