Change the World Model UN Baku
A Growing International Conference in Azerbaijan
On 19–20 September 2026, Change the World Academy and Shane Academy will present the next edition of Change the World Baku, an international Model United Nations conference bringing together students interested in diplomacy, global affairs and international cooperation.
Building on the success of the 2024 and 2025 editions—which welcomed 120 delegates and more than 160 participants respectively—the 2026 conference will offer an expanded programme focused on debate, negotiation, leadership and intercultural dialogue.
The Partnership
The conference is developed in partnership with Shane Academy Baku and it's CO-CEO Zhala Bahramova, combining its established educational presence in Azerbaijan with Change the World Academy’s international experience in Model United Nations programmes.
Together, the two organizations aim to create new opportunities for students to engage with global challenges, develop public-speaking and negotiation skills, and connect with peers, diplomats and institutional representatives.
