This competition is a high-intensity, five-round solo business challenge designed to test every facet of an aspiring entrepreneur's skillset. Unlike team-based case studies, this event places the entire spotlight on the individual. It strips away the comfort of delegation, forcing every participant to act as the sole founder, strategist, marketer, and financial controller of their vision. The journey maps out the true lifecycle of a business-moving directly from the spark of an initial idea into intense scrutiny, strategic growth planning, crisis management, and complex problem-solving.
The structure of the contest is built to progressively increase pressure and separate casual thinkers from true executors. It begins with The First Pitch, where participants must clearly articulate their core business idea. From there, they enter the Roast Room, a brutal defense round where their assumptions are aggressively cross-examined. Survivors then pivot to the Marketing & Finance round to prove their idea makes logical and financial sense on paper, before being hit by The Crisis Challenge-a live, chaotic market shock designed to see if they break under pressure. The finale, Business Revival, takes them outside their own ideas and drops them into a real-life corporate failure, testing their macro-level diagnostic skills as a turnaround executive.
Ultimately, this contest isn't just about who has the flashiest presentation; it is an entrepreneurial gauntlet. It is designed to identify individuals who possess the rare combination of creative vision, financial discipline, emotional grit under fire, and the raw strategic capability to build and save-a business entirely on their own.
