Aurelia International is a Model United Nations conference that brings together students from different schools and countries to debate, negotiate, and write solutions to global challenges. Delegates represent member states and work through real international issues with the diplomacy, research, and public speaking that the work requires.

Whether you’re stepping into your first committee or you’ve been in the room many times before, Aurelia has a place for you. We offer two tiers of committees:

Intermediate Committees are for delegates with some MUN experience who are ready to build on the basics. Debate follows standard rules of procedure with guidance from chairs, and agendas are accessible but still challenging. Delegates sharpen their speaking, resolution writing, and negotiation skills.

Advanced Committees are for experienced delegates who want a high-level challenge. They feature complex agendas, faster-paced debate, and a stricter application of procedure. They may include crisis elements or specialized bodies, and chairs expect in-depth research, strong position papers, and confident leadership on the floor.

Across both tiers, delegates will:

  • Debate relevant, thought-provoking global issues
  • Collaborate with students from diverse backgrounds
  • Receive feedback from trained chairs and the Secretariat
  • Compete for awards recognizing outstanding diplomacy, research, and leadership

Where diplomacy meets ambition.
