Governing Beyond Earth: Unity in the Final Frontier

Early bird registration discount: ZAOFTEHK (valid until 25 June)

AstroMUN 2025 invites delegates from across the globe to venture into uncharted territories—both diplomatically and literally. As humanity takes bolder steps toward space exploration, this conference offers a unique opportunity to simulate the political, ethical, and environmental challenges of governing beyond Earth.

Held under the theme "Governing Beyond Earth," AstroMUN immerses participants in a future where global cooperation is no longer confined to borders and continents, but instead extends into orbit, the Moon, Mars, and beyond. Delegates will represent nations, organizations, and interest groups as they debate real-world and futuristic issues—ranging from the prevention of space weaponization and orbital pollution to the legal frameworks for extraterrestrial settlements and asteroid mining rights.

Whether you're a first-time delegate or a seasoned MUN veteran, AstroMUN offers an innovative, thought-provoking, and collaborative experience. Committees will include both traditional UN bodies and specialized futuristic settings, allowing for a rich exploration of policy-making in an interstellar context. You’ll be challenged to combine diplomacy with science, vision with strategy, and leadership with creativity.

In an age where space is the new frontier of competition, cooperation, and survival, AstroMUN dares you to imagine what humanity’s shared future will look like among the stars—and to help shape it.
