NIMUN's IC 2023

NIMUN is the first and only international model in Egypt and the MENA region. NIMUN hosts a phenomenal event that takes place in the beautiful city of Cairo, Egypt. This has been going on for 3 years now. Our conference last year was a huge milestone in NIMUN’s history, as it included 20+ delegates from all over the world, we had a whole distinguished delegation from Tunisia and many other delegates from countries like Italy, Morocco, Ukraine, and Poland.

The duration of the conference was 7 days of unforgettable memories. It began with an astonishing opening ceremony, starting off strong with Ms. Cristina Albertin, the regional representative for the UN office of drugs and crimes (UNODC) in the Middle East and North Africa, she gave an impressive speech about NIMUN’s efforts to execute a textbook conference, amongst many other honorable attendees.

The conference was a huge success since we had many councils held exclusively at our beloved campus, NIMUN also had the honor to make the first ever simulation of UNCCC COP27. No doubt, the conference left a remarkable impact on all our delegates.

Proceeding, this year’s version of NIMUN international conference, which also happens to be its 4th version, is going to be one of a kind. Our councils this year are:

The conference will be held from the 8th of February till the 11th of February 2023, this month is a strategic month to visit the beautiful Egypt since the weather is breezy and very suitable to visit all the famous historical sites like the pyramids and all the historical landmarks of Egypt. As well as a nice ride in the Nile River, the longest river in Africa! We promise a magnificent experience full of on fire debates, fun, and unlimited memories.
