Crises, protection and opportunities

Model United Nations Heilbronn 2021 is a political simulation, which takes place from the 17th September to 19th September 2021 (3 conference days) at the venue „Bildungscampus Heilbronn“.
Up to 150 delegates will engage in inspiring debates about current political topics. MUNHN will feature four simulated UN committees.
We will offer two English-speaking committees (Human Rights Council; Security Council) as well as two German-speaking committees (General Assembly; United Nations Environmental Programme).MUNHN is accessible for pupils and students aged between 14 and 25.
In addition to the simulated UN-conference MUNHN will offer an array of side-events including a panel discussion with experts and an networking event.
MUNHN accepts applications from people all over the world who are willing to participate and are open for an exciting experience.

The participation fee for the conference is 50€ per person. This fee covers the cost of running the conference (administration, selected meals, conference materials). Participants are responsible for their own travel costs. We hope to be able to offer discounted accomodation conditions. Further information will be provided after acceptance of the application.

Model United Nations Heilbronn 2021 ist eine politische Simulation, die vom 17. September bis 19. September 2021 (3 Konferenztage) auf dem Bildungscampus in Heilbronn stattfindet.
Bis zu 150 Delegierte werden spannende Debatten über aktuelle weltpolitische Themen führen.
Im Rahmen von MUNHN werden in diesem Jahr 4 UN-Gremien simuliert. Es werden zwei englischsprachige (Menschenrechtsrat; Sicherheitsrat) sowie zwei deutschsprachige (Generalversammlung; Umweltprogramm der Vereinten Nationen) Gremien angeboten.
MUNHN richtet sich an Schüler und Studenten zwischen 14 und 25 Jahren.
Neben der simulierten UN-Konferenz bietet MUNHN eine Reihe von Side-Events, darunter eine Podiumsdiskussion mit Experten und ein Networking-Event.
MUNHN nimmt Bewerbungen von Menschen aus aller Welt entgegen, die bereit sind, sich einzubringen und sich auf eine inspirierende und spannende Konferenzerfahrung einzulassen.

Die Teilnahmegebühr für die Konferenz beträgt 50€ pro Person. Mit der Teilnahmegebühr werden die Kosten für die Durchführung der Konferenz (Verwaltung, ausgewählte Mahlzeiten, Konferenzmaterialien) getragen.
Die Teinehmer sind selbst für ihre Anreise und die Übernachtung verantwortlich. Wir hoffen vergünstigte Übernachtungskonditionen anbieten zu können. Nähere Informationen hierzu folgen nach Akzeptierung der Bewerbung.
