EPMUN 2026

The Econ Politics Model United Nations (EPMUN) is a student-led academic conference based in the Republic of Cyprus that simulates the work of the United Nations with a strong focus on economics, politics, and global affairs. It brings together students from different backgrounds to debate international issues, develop policy solutions, and experience diplomatic decision-making in a structured committee setting.

EPMUN aims to strengthen participants’ skills in public speaking, negotiation, research, and critical thinking while deepening their understanding of global economic systems and political relations. Delegates represent countries or organizations and work collaboratively to draft resolutions addressing real-world challenges such as economic inequality, security, climate change, and international cooperation.

The conference also includes opening and closing ceremonies, guest speakers, and networking opportunities, creating an environment that encourages academic growth and leadership development.
