Model United Nations (MUN) is an academic simulation of the United Nations in which participants act as diplomatic representatives of various countries and engage in formal discussions on global issues. Delegates debate international challenges, deliver structured speeches, negotiate with other nations, and collaboratively create resolutions aimed at solving real-world problems.
Purpose and Goals of MUN
The main purpose of MUN is to provide students with a platform to experience global diplomacy and develop essential academic and professional skills. Its key goals include:
