UDEMUN "BUSINESS EDITION" 2023

The Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM), through the Direction of the Academy of the International Baccalaureate and the Academy of Social Sciences of the Vice-Rectory of Higher Secondary Education, has the honor to invite your institution to participate in the annual edition of UDEMUN 2023: “Business Edition”.

For the Universidad de Monterrey, it is very important to stimulate the development of individuals with high civility, empathy and understanding on a local and international scale; that is why we hold this yearly event. At UDEMUN we seek to model and simulate the protocols and procedures of the United Nations, whose main objective is the improvement of the global quality of life and the non-violent resolution of conflict. The participating students will have the opportunity to show and test their leadership, research, communication, and diplomacy skills by making proposals and creating solutions together to solve real-life situations.

The event will  start on Tuesday, November 14th to conclude on  Wednesday, November 15th, 2023. It will take place virtually, through the Zoom platform

This year, we are glad to announce that we will have a total amount of two committees available for the online modality, these will follow the characteristic parliamentary procedure of UDEMUN. The aforementioned parliamentary procedure will be available on our website at the Delegates section. A table with the available committees is present at the end of this invitation.

At the end of the event, all the delegates will be recognized with an official participation diploma, awarded by the Academy of Social Sciences of Preparatoria UDEM. Furthermore, the students with the best performance during the event will receive a distinguished diploma for its excellent work as a digital insigne.

Hopefully, we can count on the participation of your students to contribute with the development of more young leaders fighting for the future.

The schedule for the first day will be from 2:30 to 5:30 and of the second day will be from 8:25 to 6:45 central Mexico time
